I asked Steve to finish a website that had been half made for me. He undertook this extremely quickly and professionally working to an agreed fixed price. Simple methods of updating images etc were setup and explained clearly. Steve also rejigged the website for superior

I approached Steve ( Arbtalk media) to build me a completely new website as I was unhappy with my previous site and felt rushed to launch my old site before all the work was approved. Steve gave me different options to choose from regarding costs and nothing was rushed. In the end, I asked Steve to build a completely new site complete with all Content.

I cannot recommend Arbtalk media enough for any IT or website work, it is all done without any fuss or drama and to a very high standard so I can carry on with the day job.

The site was quite basic, slow, tired and not very interesting or user friendly.

Steve done a great job on my website, very helpful and informative from start to finish, explaining the benefits of a professionally created website compared to my homemade one, gave plenty advice and suggestions along the way (and even, long after completion, has been very quick to answer any questions i’ve had).

Over the years Canopy Tree Services have had a number of web sites and web designers. Until Steve at Arbtalk Media the experience has always been “unsatisfactory!”

Previous issues included, multiple designers, often abroad and changes being difficult to make, or text written by someone with obviously no knowledge of our industry.

One company effectively held us to ransom and threatened to pull the website if we did not pay their exorbitant monthly fees.
